I’m a Neuro Coach and Educational Consultant
I went from teaching my first lesson at a small language centerto running my own school. Over the years, I’ve mentored dozens of teachers and become a licensed Neurolanguage Coaching trainer.
I consult tutors, language-school and private-school owners because results depend not only on the programme, but also on how the team thinks and what students experience while learning.

A BROADER PERSPECTIVE ON EDUCATION
I trained in educational consulting through European and American programmes. This allows me to look at teaching and school processes in Ukraine from an outside perspective and see the bigger picture.
To me, a school isn't just a placewhere lessons take place. It's a systemwhere the team's mindset and approach to interacting with students matter more than the list of exercises in an educator's toolkit. That's why I combine coaching, neuropsychology, neuroscience, SEL practices, metacognition, and emotional intelligence into a single way of seeing, building, and strengthening the school, the team, and the students in it.

Can I contact you if I've only been teaching for a short time, not years?
Yes. The format depends on your needs, not your years of experience. Some teachers need structure from their first months; others need to move beyond autopilot after years of teaching.
What is the difference between a consultation and monthly support?
A consultation addresses one specific issue in one session: uncertainty, a particular situation or a decision you need to make now. Monthly support is for broader needs when change requires time — not only in understanding, but also in habitual behaviour. It is a more strategic format.
Do I need to know anything about coaching or neuroscience before starting the Neurolanguage Coaching® certification?
No. We start from the foundations during the certification course. You don’t need to study the theory beforehand.
Does the ICF Neurolanguage Coach® certification grant an official document?
Yes. You receive an official certificate confirming 36 hours of training through an ICF-accredited programme based on Rachel Paling’s Neurolanguage Coaching® method. I am a Licensed Trainer for this programme with Efficient Language Coaching®.
Can I take the certification if I’m a school owner rather than a teacher?
Yes. There are programmes for foreign-language teachers and for teachers of other subjects. You can choose the certification that fits your field. Being a teacher or school owner does not limit your options.
Does becoming a Neurolanguage Coach® mean working with students’ psychology?
No. Neurolanguage Coaching® is not therapy or psychological practice. You don’t analyse someone’s past or work with internal psychological conflicts. You learn to recognise when stress or fear of mistakes blocks learning and how to teach without reinforcing that block. Coaching becomes a tool for communication and learning, not therapy.
What does working with SEL principles mean, and is it only for children?
No. These principles work with both children and adults. They help create a psychologically safe learning environment while developing critical thinking, emotional intelligence, autonomy and stronger communication within the team and with students and parents. These practices support essential lifelong-learning skills.
Can a team training session be ordered on one specific topic?
Yes, absolutely. The topic is chosen around the team’s current needs rather than from a fixed list. The examples on this page show possible directions, not limitations.
Do you work only online?
Yes. All formats, from consultations to certification, take place online through live sessions. Exceptions may include invitations to speak at in-person conferences or deliver training within your organisation.
How do I know which format suits me best: consultation, mentoring, or certification?
When you contact me, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to understand your situation and goals. In many cases, we can identify the right format immediately; if needed, we can clarify it in a short phone call. Everything starts with your request for a callback, so feel free to fill it out.
Are discounts or payments in installments available for longer formats?
