About Me

I have been a neurolanguage coach and English teacher since 2011

I've come a long way, from my first lesson at a small language center to owning my own school. Over the years I've mentored dozens of teachers and received a trainer certification in neurolanguage coaching

I consult owners of language schools and private general education schools, because the result depends not only on the program, but on how the team thinks and what happens with the student during the learning process

Dialogue Language School

In 2013, I founded the language school Dialogue. It is still successfully operating today.

Over the years, I didn't just teach — I built a system:

how to train teachers,

how to work with a team

how to create results that sustain motivation both for teachers and students

Beyond Traditional Teaching

I studied educational
consulting outside
the classical pedagogical
system of Ukraine, which
gives me an outside view of the learning processes of teachers and schools,
and a wider perspective.

To me, a school isn't just a placewhere lessons take place. It's a systemwhere the team's mindset and approach to interacting with students matter more than the list of exercises in an educator's toolkit. That's why I combine neurolanguage coaching, neuroscience, SEL practices, metacognition, and emotional intelligence into a single way of seeing, building, and strengthening the school, the team, and the students in it.

This perspective was formed gradually, together with practice:

Thanks to my expertise, I've taught English to show business stars, bankers, Olympic medalists, and internationally recognized entrepreneurs. Each came with a different request, a different pace of thinking, a different experience of language learning.

That's why I teach this to teachers and school owners: not a single technique for one type of student, but a way of seeing each person individually and working with them, not by a template.

The method, approach, and self-positioning that can withstand such variety can be passed on to others

I teach teachers not only methodology, but how to interact with students in the process, so their work has ease and drive.

As a coach, I help teachers grow both financially and mentally: less anxiety, less burnout, more self-confidence, even enough to open their own school.

I also help school owners build a system where teachers don't burn out, students don't drop out halfway, and results are visible not only in tests, but in how freely a person uses their knowledge in practice.

My focus is on calm, trust, and a clear system. This is what I bring both to working with a client and to working with a team

What I Offer Teachers and School Owners

The basis of this work is my experience of founding the Dialog school since 2013, mentoring dozens of teachers, knowledge of neurobiology, coaching, metacognition, emotional intelligence and the approach CASEL to the systematic implementation of SEL in school

This work is based on my teaching experience since 2011, mentoring dozens of teachers, knowledge of neuroscience, coaching, metacognition, emotional intelligence, and the CASEL approach to systematically implementing SEL in teaching

It is not clear where to move next

The quality of teaching that relies on human talent, not on the system

The methodology or program of study is chosen without taking into account the real needs of students and the team

Classes without a clear structure and measurable results for the student

Students who do not show themselves, do not know how to apply knowledge in practice and do not develop lifelong learning skills

Interaction between teachers that inhibits student results instead of pushing them forward

A team that pulls in different directions because there is no common vision

The desire to make an important strategic decision not alone, but with support and support

A school that relies on one person and cannot scale

Lack of tools in teaching, need for a fresh perspective on methods you already know by heart

Wanting to express yourself, to move to the next level, maybe open your own school, but something holds you back

Wanting to charge two or three levels more, to be a modern teacher

Not knowing what to focus on in communication with a specific student

Stress from responsibility for the student's results

Inner anxiety in working with "difficult" students and in "uncomfortable" issues about payment, cancellations, and rules of interaction

Accumulated tension and exhaustion from daily lessons

Price: from 4000 UAH

Price: discussed individually

Format: online live meetings

Duration: 36 hours, ICF-accredited

Format: 4 online meetings, 1 hour each + support between meetings

Format: online meeting, 1 hour

You have a clear plan for what to say

You expand your arsenal of exercises as a system

You expand your toolkit of exercises and know how to use it as a system

You recognize your strengths, feel calm and confident

You build your own teaching system

You have a clear plan of where and how to move

The joy of teaching comes back

You keep your confidence even next to strong experts

You recognize your strengths, feel calm and confident

You're already an experienced teacher, but you feel stuck. You have knowledge, you have experience, but no growth. You're already intuitively using coaching, psychology, and bits of neuroscience, but these are scattered pieces, not a system.

This certification gives you a system. We start with the basics of coaching: active listening, powerful questions, coaching conversation instead of directive teaching. Next comes neuroscience and emotional intelligence: how the brain learns, reacts, remembers, and how to create the perfect learning state — a state in which the student's brain is ready to learn, not defend itself. Then we move on to Neurolanguage Coaching itself, where coaching and neuroscience come together in one model: you get the structure of a lesson from start to finish, including how to teach grammar through a coaching conversation rather than a dry rule.

You come out of this certified as a Neurolanguage Coach ® ICF: 36 hours, recognized by the International Coaching Federation. Along with this accreditation, you get the grounds to charge differently: €30, €40, €50 per lesson.

You've been teaching for a long time, but many students still struggle

Limited set of tools

You teach intuitively and get lost when a client asks how exactly you work

Building a School System Based on SEL Principles (CASEL)

Monthly Mentorship

Consultation for School Owners

You can't articulate what sets your school apart from others

Price: from 5000 UAH

You have a balanced decision, not panic

You come out with new footing and confidence in conversations with the team

You understand how to spark intrinsic motivation

You see where to start building a structure that can scale

You have a clear positioning that both students and teachers understand

You're on the edge of burnout

What this gives the school:
— Better academic results: up to an 11% difference in performance according to research.
— A shared team language through five competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, responsible decision-making.
— A better school climate: less control and punishment, more trust and safety.
— Fewer conflicts and less staff turnover — students and the team learn a shared language instead of chaotic reactions.
— Growth not only for students, but for the team: when teachers themselves know how to regulate stress, this becomes a real environment, not a declaration on the wall.
— Parents become partners, not critics.
— A system instead of scattered initiatives — one logic for the whole school: how we teach, how we respond, how we measure progress.
This is how the CASEL method works, which I bring into your school and build into what's already there.

Imagine a school where each teacher interacts with students their own way, and the administration in yet another. Everyone acts with good intentions, but there's no single language or style within the organization — not when a student loses control, not when the team fails to communicate, not when parents complain. I bring the principles of CASEL and SEL into the school — a shared logic for everything: how to teach, how to interact with students, how to respond to behavior, how to support the team.

We take what you already have and add what's missing: how the brain learns, metacognition, emotional intelligence, new teaching tools. First we define the specific request, then build a plan for the month with weekly steps, and implement it together on real situations

Duration and price discussed individually

Trainings for the School Team

Duration and format are agreed separately, depending on the topic and the school's request

Sample topics:

Why a student's brain blocks from fear of mistakes and how to create a state where it's ready to learn
Metacognition in the classroom: how to teach a student to understand their own thinking process, not just the material
Teacher's emotional intelligence: how to recognize a student's emotion in the moment and respond without escalating the situation
The difficult student: tools for working with silent, apathetic, disengaged students
Trust between teacher and student: what it's practically built on
Responsible decision-making: how to involve students in the learning process, not just lead them through the program

How to talk to a student about rules, payment, and cancellations without awkwardness
A student's intrinsic motivation: how to activate it instead of pressure and control
Feedback for a student or colleague that supports rather than devalues
Teacher burnout: how to recognize it in the early stages and how to restore your energy
Lesson planning without chaos: a system instead of preparing from scratch every time
Teacher self-awareness: where I react automatically, and where I truly choose

A training that gives a specific tool for a specific situation sticks in your mind and keeps working on its own. These are exactly the kinds of trainings I run for teams of teachers. The topic is chosen based on your team's request: teaching methodology, neuro-techniques in learning, metacognition, emotional intelligence, communication within the team or with students, individual components of CASEL and SEL.

FAQ

  • Yes. The format is tailored to your level and needs, not your years of experience. Some need structure from their very first months of work, while others need to step off autopilot after years of teaching.

  • A consultation addresses one specific question in a single session: confusion, a specific situation, or a decision that needs to be made right now. Monthly mentoring is suitable when your goal is broader and time is needed to bring about changes not only in understanding, but also in everyday habits.

  • No. I explain these concepts in simple terms as we work. There is no need to dig into the theory on your own.

  • Yes. It consists of 36 hours accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), based on Rachel Paling’s Neurolanguage Coaching® method. I am a licensed trainer of this program from Efficient Language Coaching®.

  • Yes. The certification format is the same; the only difference is how you apply the system afterward.

  • No. Neurolanguage coaching is neither therapy nor psychological practice. You do not analyze anyone's past or work with their internal conflicts. You learn to recognize when a student's brain is blocked by stress or fear of making mistakes, and structure the lesson so this block does not interfere with learning. It is a teaching tool, not a psychological one.

  • No, it is not just for children. CASEL is a framework for the entire school: how the team interacts among themselves, with students, and with parents. It is about a shared logic of operation, not an isolated method for children's emotions.

  • Yes. The topic is tailored to the team's current needs rather than selected from a rigid list. The topic examples on the page show the direction, not a restricted set.

  • Yes, all formats, from consultations to certification, take place online as live sessions.

  • The easiest way is to start with a consultation. During the session, we will clarify your request, and I will be honest about whether a single meeting is enough or if a longer format makes more sense.

  • Payment terms are discussed individually. Write to me directly, and we will agree on details tailored to your situation.
