I have been a neurolanguage coach and English teacher since 2011
I've come a long way, from my first lesson at a small language center to owning my own school. Over the years I've mentored dozens of teachers and received a trainer certification in neurolanguage coaching
I consult owners of language schools and private general education schools, because the result depends not only on the program, but on how the team thinks and what happens with the student during the learning process

Can I contact you if I've only been teaching for a short time, not years?
Yes. The format is tailored to your level and needs, not your years of experience. Some need structure from their very first months of work, while others need to step off autopilot after years of teaching.
How does a consultation differ from monthly mentoring?
A consultation addresses one specific question in a single session: confusion, a specific situation, or a decision that needs to be made right now. Monthly mentoring is suitable when your goal is broader and time is needed to bring about changes not only in understanding, but also in everyday habits.
Do I need to know anything about coaching or neuroscience in advance?
No. I explain these concepts in simple terms as we work. There is no need to dig into the theory on your own.
Does the ICF Neurolanguage Coach® certification grant an official document?
Yes. It consists of 36 hours accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), based on Rachel Paling’s Neurolanguage Coaching® method. I am a licensed trainer of this program from Efficient Language Coaching®.
Can I get certified if I own a language school rather than teach?
Yes. The certification format is the same; the only difference is how you apply the system afterward.
Does being certified as an ICF Neurolanguage Coach® mean I will be digging into students' psychology?
No. Neurolanguage coaching is neither therapy nor psychological practice. You do not analyze anyone's past or work with their internal conflicts. You learn to recognize when a student's brain is blocked by stress or fear of making mistakes, and structure the lesson so this block does not interfere with learning. It is a teaching tool, not a psychological one.
What is working with SEL and CASEL principles, and is it only for children?
No, it is not just for children. CASEL is a framework for the entire school: how the team interacts among themselves, with students, and with parents. It is about a shared logic of operation, not an isolated method for children's emotions.
Can a team training session be ordered on one specific topic?
Yes. The topic is tailored to the team's current needs rather than selected from a rigid list. The topic examples on the page show the direction, not a restricted set.
Are all formats held online only?
Yes, all formats, from consultations to certification, take place online as live sessions.
How do I know which format suits me best: consultation, mentoring, or certification?
The easiest way is to start with a consultation. During the session, we will clarify your request, and I will be honest about whether a single meeting is enough or if a longer format makes more sense.
